These music visualisations are based on my own experience of synesthesia in which I associate specific colours to words and sounds. Each artwork is a response to a specific piece of music and I use synesthesia to inform the colour palette of the piece, while the brush strokes and mark-making represent rhythms and/or melodies to create a visual interpretation of the song.
